👉 Moratorium and Moratorium Interest Waiver and it's related all the petitions come under "Miscellaneous" category as per the supreme court official website.

Only Moratorium Extension is the immediate relief which shall be given to borrowers.

So we hope positive sign for 24-12-20 and 30-12-20. But it fully depends on sc whether final judgement pronounced on these days or not.

Written submission filed in supreme court by petitioners(Adv Vishal Tiwari): All borrowers require grace period(90days) before lifting "Stay On NPA Classification". If sc grant grace period then it will be very big relief to borrowers.

Thanks to Mr Vishal Tiwari Ji for this outstanding work.

Thanks to YouTube India to provide such a wonderful broadcasting tech platform which really helped all borrowers of india to understand lots of things about Loan Moratorium & Banking.

Now we analysed that sc final judgement will be very much balanced and full of relief as much as possible which may not "Haywire" our economy.
